Seven months of persistent student struggle end with police detentions, and the authorities still refuse to back down from their tyranny. Is this Serbia in the 21st century or some dystopian nightmare? The Rector’s Council calls for an end to violence and urges a civilized, dignified gathering, but will the authorities listen?
