Remember June 20th, when the US Coast Guard stopped the ship ‘Luci Savana’ in the port of Savannah due to a failure in the safe navigation system. The main and auxiliary engines failed, seriously endangering the ship’s safety. While some tried to portray the condition of the ship Kotor as good, Radulović released video footage that clearly shows the harsh reality – the ships are in bad shape, and the company has no funds to cover the costs.
To make matters worse, the company owes the state about 37 million euros, and the costs related to the detention of the ship ‘Luci Savana’ keep piling up. Radulović makes it clear that problems can no longer be swept under the rug and that it is time to solve decades-old challenges, no matter how painful the solutions may be.
