Residents of the Totoši settlement blocked the Ulcinj-Bar highway for one hour demanding the paving of the road that was dug up due to the installation of sewage pipes. They submitted a petition with 80 signatures to the Ulcinj municipality but received no response. Besides paving, they also demand street lighting and removal of containers at the entrance to the settlement.
