Russian troops attacked a care home, trapping 95 people.

Russian troops attacked a boarding house in Sudzha, in the Kursk region, which is under the control of Ukrainian forces. Ninety-five people, mostly elderly, have been captured, and search and rescue operations are underway. The Ukrainian military command, led by General Eduard Moskalev, is operating in Sudzha. This is not the first attack on the boarding house; in a previous incident in January, a local resident was killed. About 2,000 people live in the areas of the Kursk region controlled by Ukraine.
