Russian Forces in Donetsk: Seize Village Chervona Zirka and Territory Between Vovcha and Mokryi Yalij Rivers!
The Russian army is not stopping! After a swift attack on the village of Yalta, units of the 36th Guards Motorized Rifle Brigade continued their assault and captured the village of Chervona Zirka, taking full control of the territory between the Vovcha and Mokryi Yalij rivers in the Donetsk region. This area is now firmly under the control of the “Vostok” group of forces, according to the Russian Ministry of Defense.
But that’s not all! Russian air defense systems destroyed 31 Ukrainian drones overnight over seven regions of the Russian Federation, including the Azov and Black Seas. As the fighting continues, civilians unfortunately suffer – in the last 24 hours, two civilians were killed and two more injured in the Donetsk region.
In Odesa, Russian drones caused a fire in a 21-story residential building, killing two people and injuring nine, including two children. The fire affected the 7th, 8th, and 9th floors, and residents were trapped in their apartments while rescuers found the bodies of the victims.
Russian Control Over Lithium Deposit in Donetsk – Economy and Security at Risk!
While territories are being seized, Russia has also taken control of a valuable lithium deposit in the Donetsk region, seriously jeopardizing the agreement between Ukraine and the USA. This 40-hectare deposit is considered one of the most important in Ukraine due to its high lithium concentration, essential for producing electric batteries and advanced technologies.
Analysts warn that if Russia continues advancing and occupying territories, it will control almost all important lithium and other strategic metal deposits like titanium, manganese, and even uranium. This means Ukraine is losing key resources necessary for its economic and national security, as well as for support from the USA.
A War Hitting Civilians and Economy – Who’s Winning?
Since the start of the full-scale invasion, over 3,000 people have died and more than 7,000 have been injured in the Donetsk region, not counting casualties in Mariupol and Volnovakha. Russian drone and artillery attacks spare no targets – residential buildings, civilian infrastructure, and vehicles are destroyed, and the population lives in fear and uncertainty.
While the war rages on the ground, Russia is slowly but surely taking control of Ukraine’s key resources, which could have long-term consequences for the global economy and geopolitical balance. Will the world allow such plundering of natural wealth to continue without consequences?
Conclusion: A War That Doesn’t End, Resources That Disappear
Russian forces are not only capturing territories in Donetsk but also taking control of strategic lithium deposits, which could change the course of the war and Ukraine’s future. Civilians suffer, infrastructure collapses, and the world watches – or pretends not to see.
If you think this is just another war story, think again. This is a fight for the future of technology, economy, and millions of lives. So, what do you think? How much longer will the world stay silent while these things happen? Drop a comment, crack a joke, or just share your thoughts – let the voice from the shadows be heard!
