Scandal at Regional Waterworks: How Incompetent Democrat Cadres Destroyed a State Company

Hell at the Regional Waterworks!

Imagine a state company run by a party octopus, where unqualified people are put in charge, and those who point out problems are brutally persecuted and fired! This is exactly what is happening at the Regional Waterworks of the Montenegrin Coast.

Who is to blame?

Krsto Radović, a man who did not meet even the basic requirements for the position of executive director, became the head of this important state company. He lacks the necessary work experience and qualifications, yet he has replaced three directors in less than three years! And all this illegally!

His predecessor, Vladimir Ružičić, who was the head of the legal sector and a member of the director appointment commission, was dismissed on March 10 and then fired. Why? Because he pointed out the illegalities and incompetence of Radović. Ružičić claims that a new commission was formed in which no one has a law degree! Yes, you read that right — legal affairs are handled by people without legal education!

Party games and cronyism

All this is happening under the umbrella of the Democrats and the Democratic People’s Party of Milan Knežević, who took power at the end of 2020. Lakušić, the chairman of the board of directors, dismissed three directors and appointed Radović, who is clearly a loyal party cadre.

To make matters worse, Lakušić resigned due to disagreement with Radović’s appointment, but his resignation was not accepted. The government has a problem with his resignation because Radović would then receive a severance pay of about 48,000 euros — 12 gross salaries!

Legal absurdities and mobbing

Ružičić sent an open letter warning the prime minister, the minister of ecology, the ombudsman, and other institutions about persecution and mobbing in the company. His complaints are ignored, and disciplinary commissions deciding employees’ fate are made up of people without professional knowledge — engineers and drivers!

Another gem: the legal service is now headed by Bojana Rajković, who does not have a law degree but graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences!

What is happening to the company?

The Regional Waterworks is in chaos. Employees are afraid, and the company is under the control of a party octopus that destroys professionalism and justice. People who dare to speak the truth are dismissed, while loyal but incompetent people are placed in key positions.

Conclusion

This is not just a story about one company. It is a story about how party politics destroys state institutions, tramples justice, and ignores expertise. If this continues, who will even believe in justice and law in Montenegro?

What do you think about these party games? Is this just the tip of the iceberg, or is the situation even worse? Drop a comment, let’s see how many of us won’t stay silent while this is happening!
