The Rector’s Collegium of the University of Belgrade has declined President Vučić’s invitation for dialogue regarding the fulfillment of student demands. The expanded Rector’s Collegium has formed expert teams to determine the fulfillment of these demands. Although they are open to dialogue, they believe it is ineffective without authority. The expert teams consist of representatives from four faculties and are working on assessing the demands. Student assemblies will be consulted before providing further information.
