The second race of the hill climb auto championship will take place this weekend on the track in Bajina Bašta, known as Kaluđerske Bare. The race is part of the Central European zone and the national championships of Serbia and Montenegro, including the vintage car championship. A total of 42 drivers from Serbia, Poland, and Montenegro are registered, with participation from Montenegrin clubs. The first race of the championship was held in Kuči, where Jovan Perunović took first place. The organizers have provided funds to cover the entry fees for all drivers. The first official training sessions are scheduled for Saturday, with the official opening and race start on Sunday.
Political Perspectives:
Left: Left-leaning reports emphasize the community and regional cooperation aspects of the hill climb championship, highlighting the participation of multiple countries and the support provided by the organizers to the drivers, such as covering entry fees. They may also focus on the inclusivity of the event, including vintage car categories and the promotion of local sports clubs.
Center: Center-leaning coverage tends to focus on the factual details of the event: the schedule, participants, and results of previous races. It highlights the importance of the championship within the regional motorsport calendar and provides neutral information about the clubs and drivers involved without much editorializing.
Right: Right-leaning narratives might emphasize national pride and competition, focusing on the achievements of local drivers and clubs, such as the success of Montenegrin participants. They may also stress the importance of traditional motorsport values and the prestige of hosting international events on local tracks.
