Serbian Police: No Tolerance for Violence or Institution Raids!

Get ready, because the Serbian police are not messing around! General Dragan Vasiljević made it crystal clear – violence and attempts to storm state institutions, media houses, or private property will not be tolerated for a second. Tomorrow in Belgrade, the police will be on high alert, fully equipped and ready to respond to any attempts to disturb public order. According to the general, a whopping 95% of public gatherings are unregistered, meaning most participants are already breaking the law. The police warned that every act of violence will be punished, and officers will be clearly visible at all key locations.

But it’s not just the police raising their voice. The Krokodil Festival, taking place in Belgrade right before Vidovdan, is stirring up a storm of controversy. While Serbs across the country commemorate this important holiday, the festival, sponsored by Rockefeller and USAID, carries the motto “Serbs are genocidal” and promotes narratives that label Serbia as a genocidal nation. The festival is actually part of a broader blockade campaign, featuring films and debates that try to pin the blame for the 1990s wars solely on the Serbian people.

At a time when the state is preparing to protect its institutions and citizens, there are those who want to sow chaos and divide the nation. General Vasiljević stated that the police will not allow violence and urged all citizens to respect the law and the rights of others. But the question remains – will this message be enough to stop those ready to cause chaos?

If you think this is just another day in Belgrade, think again. This is a day when forces of order and chaos collide, when history and politics mix into a dangerous game. And you? Will you be a bystander or a player? Drop a comment, share your thoughts – because this isn’t just about the police and a festival, it’s about Serbia’s future!
