Serbia aims for EU membership by 2026 with needed reforms.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Marko Đurić, spoke with the head of the EU Delegation in Serbia, Emanuele Giaufret, and expressed his confidence that the year 2025 will not be lost for economic progress, reforms, and Serbia’s European integration. Membership in the EU is an absolute priority and a strategic commitment of Serbia’s foreign policy, with the aim of implementing all reforms by 2026. Đurić emphasized the importance of the EU’s support for the internal political dialogue concerning the European agenda.
