Serious Traffic Accident on the Ibarska Highway

A serious traffic accident occurred on the Ibarska highway in the morning involving three vehicles: a passenger car, a pickup truck, and a truck. One woman died, while another woman and a three-year-old child were seriously injured. The accident happened when the driver of the passenger car crossed into the opposite lane for unknown reasons and collided head-on with the pickup, which then collided with the truck. Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene, and the injured were transported to a hospital in Čačak. Traffic on this section was halted during the investigation, causing long queues and rerouting of vehicles to alternative routes.
