After winning the silver medal in the coxed four at the European Championships in Plovdiv, Olympic and world champions Martin and Valent Sinković are returning to the coxless pair discipline. The Croatian representatives will compete at the first World Cup of the season, held from June 13 to 15 in Varese, Italy. The regatta will feature over 600 rowers from 39 countries, with the Sinković duo facing strong competition, including the European silver pair from Italy and a newly formed Dutch crew. After their success in Paris last year, the Sinković brothers are using this opportunity to test their current form and readiness for the rest of the season. They will return to the coxed four at the next World Cup in Lucerne. The competition starts with qualifying races on June 13 and concludes with final races on June 15.
