SKY APP EXPOSES CRIMINALS: FIRST VERDICTS AND SHOCKING EVIDENCE FROM BiH

Did you know that an app called Sky has become a nightmare for criminals in Bosnia and Herzegovina? Yes, you read that right! The BiH court has finally accepted evidence collected through this app as legal and credible, leading to the first verdicts in cases related to organized crime and drug trafficking.

How did the Sky app become the favorite tool of criminals?

The Sky app has long been a secret communication channel for the most dangerous criminal groups in the region, including the Škaljari clan. They used it to send videos and pictures of their crimes, with transaction values reaching millions of euros. However, justice caught up – Germany extradited Milivoje Todorović to BiH, who was using the app to procure cocaine for the top of the Škaljari clan.

Indictments and arrests: numbers that shock

Since 2019, eight indictments have been filed against 66 people in the Sky case. Around 25 operations were conducted across BiH, resulting in arrests and detentions. Authorities seized 80 vehicles valued at over 5 million euros, 5 expensive wristwatches, construction machinery, kilograms of marijuana, and frozen assets worth over 35 million KM – houses, apartments, business premises, land, and garages. Cash and cryptocurrencies worth about 5 million KM were also seized.

Shocking fact: Police officers, lawyers, and judges among the suspects!

To make matters worse, 20 employees of police and security agencies are involved in the investigation, including five police officers, a former advisor in the Ministry of Security of BiH, two lawyers, and one judge. Could they have been protecting criminals? This fact casts a serious shadow over the judicial system and security agencies in BiH.

First verdict: criminal offenses and prison sentences

Radomir Damjanović (38) was sentenced in the first instance to two years in prison for organized crime and unauthorized drug trafficking. This is just the beginning, as the trial in the “Balkan cartel” case continues, with defense lawyers disputing the use of evidence from the Sky app. However, the court clearly stated that the evidence is legal and credible.

Why is this important?

The Sky app has become a symbol of the fight against organized crime in the region. Its use as evidence in court proceedings shows that technology can be a powerful weapon in catching criminals. At the same time, it reveals how deeply crime is rooted in society and even in institutions that are supposed to combat it.

What’s next?

The investigation continues, and the public eagerly awaits new verdicts and the unveiling of even darker details. Will justice finally prevail? Will institutions manage to clean their ranks? These are questions we will have to wait to answer.

Conclusion

The Sky app has exposed the dark secrets of criminal networks in BiH and the region. The first verdicts are just the beginning of a long process of fighting organized crime. But if police officers, lawyers, and judges are involved, it’s clear this is a war that will last long and be full of challenges.

What do you think about all this? Is technology finally on the side of justice, or is this just the tip of the iceberg? Drop a comment, share your thoughts, and remember – the real drama is just beginning!
