Who said the Serbian U20 basketball team isn’t ready to dominate? At the start of the European Championship, our guys showed they’re hungry for victory and have no plans to stop! In the first round of Group D, Serbia crushed Iceland by 16 points, with Viktor Mikić being a scoring machine with 16 points! Lazar Gačić added 15, Pavle Nikolić scored 13 points and grabbed five rebounds, while Aleksa Ristić contributed 11 points and seven assists. Iceland could only watch and learn, as their top player Karl Sigurtarson scored 25 points, but it wasn’t enough. Fritrik Kurtis added 17 points, nine rebounds, and five assists, but even that couldn’t save Iceland from defeat. The next challenge for our guys is Slovenia, and we all know it’s going to be fiery!
