Salaries in public administration and culture have been increased by 8%, while in education they have been increased by 11%. Finance Minister Siniša Mali announced that the average salary in December 2024 will be around 1,000 euros, with the goal of reaching an average salary of 1,400 euros in Serbia by the end of 2027. The minimum wage has been increased by 13.7% and will amount to 53,592 dinars, or an average of 457 euros per month.
