The prosecution in Belgrade has filed an indictment against A.S. (26) on suspicion of committing the crime of embezzlement. A.S. contacted the victim I.Đ., the owner of a company selling a luxury car, and after a test drive, neither paid the agreed price nor returned the vehicle. The victim reported the case to the police, who found A.S. in the vehicle. The prosecution is seeking a one-year prison sentence for A.S., a fine, and an extension of custody.
