Storm in Rovinj: 30 Yachts Stranded, Three Injured

Severe thunderstorm with rain and stormy winds hit the western coast of Istria, with Rovinj being the hardest hit area where 30 yachts were stranded and three people injured. Firefighters conducted multiple interventions removing fallen trees and pumping water. The worst situation was in the Amarin and Porton Biondi campsites. The wind carried boats and yachts, and the sea was very rough with large waves. The injured were transported to the Pula hospital. Damage was also reported in Poreč and Pula, where firefighters also intervened.
