Students’ Victory Over Blockades: Knowledge and Dignity Triumph

When students decide they’ve had enough of violence and blockades, real drama unfolds! Miloš Pavlović and four other brave students stood up against violent blockaders who terrorized Belgrade for months. Imagine this — threats, insults, even physical attacks! Their families became targets, their homes vandalized with graffiti, their parents insulted. And what did they do? Nothing but choose unity, tolerance, and persistence. Now, after all that, faculties are reopening, students are returning to lecture halls, and Miloš is already preparing for exams. Knowledge has triumphed over violence!

But it’s not all sunshine and rainbows. On the other side, the blockaders refuse to back down. Their clash with students peaked at Nikola Pašić Square, where they attacked the space students want to use for studying. Police recorded about 36 blockaders, three times fewer than in March, but violence still simmers. Analysts warn extremists are planning chaos in downtown Belgrade, while authorities try to calm the situation.

This fight isn’t just about blockades and protests. It’s a battle for Serbia’s future, for education, for dignity. Students have shown they’re not afraid, won’t back down, and know what they want — peace, knowledge, and unity. And the blockaders? They keep trying to sow chaos and division. Who will win in the end? Looks like knowledge is stronger than violence.

If you think this is the end, think again. Conflicts continue, and the question is how long Serbia can endure this fight between order and chaos. But one thing’s clear — students have shown they won’t be broken. What about you? Whose side are you on? Let’s hear your thoughts — who’s for peace, and who’s for chaos!
