The ‘Heroes of Micro Business 2025’ project, organized by 3 banka in cooperation with Blic Biznis, aims to recognize and reward the best small entrepreneurs in Serbia with up to five employees. 3 banka specializes in financing small entrepreneurs and farmers, providing access to loans often unavailable in traditional banking due to their size and lack of collateral. The project promotes success stories of small businesses, motivating others to embark on entrepreneurial paths. The bank employs an innovative hybrid client service model, including personal contact and digital technologies, to facilitate the loan process. It also supports startups by offering loans without collateral and long repayment terms, contributing to Serbia’s economic development and financial inclusion of small entrepreneurs.
