The Vice President of the Serbian National Assembly, Marina Raguš, stressed the importance of cooperation between Serbia and China as a foundation for building a community of shared future, especially in light of contemporary geopolitical threats. Chinese investments and cultural exchanges contribute to Serbia’s development and mutual understanding. Confucianism and the idea of harmony in diversity form the basis of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s vision of a community of shared future for humanity, based on peace and mutual respect. Researchers noted that China promotes true multilateralism, contrary to the Western order based on double standards and sanctions. This symposium symbolizes 70 years of friendship and cooperation between Serbia and China, aiming to build stability and development through a shared vision of the future.
