Finally, some good news from Pljevlja! A tender has been announced for the renovation of the Mihailo Žugić school in Borovica, worth a whopping 95,000 euros! Yes, you read that right – 95,000 euros to fix the leaking roof, upgrade the bathrooms, reconstruct the ceilings, and much more. For years, students and teachers have been battling with leaks and poor classroom conditions, and now the problem is finally being addressed. The Ministry of Education, Science, and Innovation promises that the works will improve hygiene, increase capacity, and boost the building’s energy efficiency. All in line with EU standards, of course. But will the tender be executed properly, or will it just stay on paper? Time will tell. Either way, if you’ve ever been to that school, you know how important this is. So, who’s up for a chat? School problems affect us all! Maybe this renovation will mark the end of classroom chaos in northern Montenegro. Or will we be waiting another decade? Let us know what you think!
