Hell on the Road Near Obrenovac!
Have you ever seen anything scarier than a severe traffic accident? At the entrance to Obrenovac, near the Kolubara bridge, a real drama unfolded that shocked everyone! Firefighters had to literally cut the vehicle to rescue the injured! Yes, you read that right – they cut through the metal to save people trapped inside the wreckage.
The condition of the injured is still unknown, and the police are on the scene conducting an investigation. Due to this accident, major traffic jams have formed in this area, and drivers are urged to be patient and adjust their speed accordingly.
This is not an isolated incident – just over the past weekend, the Zrenjanin police department recorded eight traffic accidents, with one person seriously and three others lightly injured.
Is this a sign that road safety in Serbia is at an all-time low? Are drivers careless, or is the infrastructure to blame?
