In Sarajevo, the price per square meter in new construction reaches up to 4,000 euros, while in Banja Luka and Mostar, prices are somewhat more affordable but still high. The global increase in the cost of construction materials, energy, and labor is putting additional pressure on the local market, forcing investors to raise prices.
