Traffic Nightmare on Zagreb’s Freedom Bridge: One Car Crash, Traffic Jam Like a Warzone!

Today, a traffic accident occurred on Zagreb’s Freedom Bridge heading towards Bundek. Although only one vehicle was involved, the damage was significant, and the traffic jam on the bridge is massive, clearly visible on Google Maps. The police have yet to provide an official statement regarding the cause of the accident or any injuries.

But wait, this isn’t the only drama on Zagreb’s roads! At the same time, in Dubrava, a car literally crashed into a fire station. One person was injured and taken to the hospital, and firefighters immediately responded and secured the scene.

While Zagreb struggles with this chaos, even worse traffic accidents are happening in other parts of Serbia and Croatia. In Vrba, three vehicles collided, cars were smashed, and the injured were transported to the hospital. Traffic on the Kraljevo-Vrnjačka Banja highway was halted for hours.

In Dubrovnik, the situation is even more dramatic: a car collided with a truck and plunged into a river. The young driver is fighting for his life in intensive care. Emergency services, police, and firefighters responded quickly, but this is a real tragedy.

All these accidents highlight how alarming the state of our roads is. One accident on the Freedom Bridge caused a huge traffic jam, while elsewhere people are fighting for their lives.

Is this due to poor infrastructure, driver negligence, or something else? One thing is clear – urgent measures are needed! While we wait for answers from the police and authorities, traffic chaos and tragedies continue.
