Traffic Situation and Travel Advice in Montenegro During High Temperatures

In Montenegro, roads are dry this morning with good visibility, according to the Auto-moto Association of Montenegro (AMSCG). Due to the forecasted high temperatures, AMSCG advises citizens to avoid traveling during the hottest part of the day. Traffic is closed or altered on several regional and main roads due to construction, landslide repairs, and road adaptations. In Podgorica, traffic is closed on Vojislavljević street due to boulevard construction, with vehicles using alternative routes. Temperatures today reach up to 36 degrees Celsius.

Political Perspectives:

Left: Left-leaning sources emphasize the importance of public safety and the role of government and public institutions in managing infrastructure and protecting citizens during extreme weather conditions. They highlight the advisories from AMSCG and the need for investment in road maintenance and public awareness.

Center: Center-leaning sources provide straightforward reporting on the traffic situation and travel advisories, focusing on factual information about road closures, construction, and weather conditions without much political commentary.

Right: Right-leaning sources may emphasize individual responsibility in avoiding travel during dangerous conditions and may critique government efficiency in managing infrastructure projects, highlighting delays or disruptions caused by roadworks.
