Trial for 2017 worker deaths delayed by lawyer strike.

The trial at the Court of Appeals in Kragujevac for the case of the death of two workers in 2017 has been postponed due to the strike of the Serbian Bar Association. The accused, Tome Stojić and Vladimir Lončarević, appealed the verdict from the Basic Court in Ivanjica, which sentenced them to three years in prison each. The court panel was supposed to open the hearing, but the trial was postponed. Citizens gathered in front of the court to support the Milivojević family, who lost their son in the explosion at the MB Namenska factory in Lučani.
