Trump on Putin’s Deceptions and US Aid to Ukraine: War or Trade?

Putin is a Deceiver, But Not a Killer!

Former US President Donald Trump doesn’t hold back when talking about Vladimir Putin. At a joint press conference in the White House with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, Trump openly admitted that his talks with Putin were “always very pleasant.” But right after, rockets start flying over Ukraine. Trump said, “I won’t call Putin a killer, but he’s a tough guy, and that’s been proven over the years. He has deceived many, but not me.”

War or Trade?

Trump believes Russia must get its economy back on track and use its huge resources for trade, not war. Meanwhile, the US announced military aid to Ukraine worth billions of dollars and imposed sanctions on Russia that will take effect if a ceasefire agreement is not reached within 50 days.

NATO and Escalation of Conflict

NATO plans major military exercises in Germany, while Putin allegedly plans a new escalation of the conflict in eastern Ukraine. Russian intelligence claims NATO is trying to involve Moldova in a potential conflict with Russia.

Worrying Tensions and Uncertainty

The situation is tense, and Trump’s statement that Putin “deceived many but not him” casts a shadow over diplomatic efforts. Will military aid and sanctions bring peace or only deepen the conflict? As the world watches, rockets keep falling, and political games continue.

If you think this is just another diplomatic story, think again. Drop a comment, tell us what you think — is Trump right, or is this all just another show for the public?
