Arrested for Attempting to Enter Serbia with a Fake Passport and Bribing Police

Who would have thought that trying to enter Serbia with a fake passport and bribing the police is still a thing? T. N., a Serbian citizen temporarily working in Denmark, was caught at Nikola Tesla airport attempting to bribe border police with a total of 600 euros to let him in with a visibly damaged and tampered travel document. Is this yet another proof that document forgery and bribery aren’t a thing of the past or just a terrible idea? Comment below—would you try this or are you all about honesty at the border?
