Ukraine attacked energy facilities in southern Russia using several dozen drones, causing fires at an oil refinery and a gas plant. The Russian Ministry of Defense reported that 70 Ukrainian drones were destroyed at various locations, and parts of the destroyed drones caused a fire at a refinery in Volgograd. The Ukrainian military claims that a Gazprom gas plant in Astrakhan was hit.
