The director of the company C.R.E.A.M. Montenegro PPP Alliance, Darko Vlahović, accused the mayor of Podgorica, Saša Mujović, and the leaders of FSCG of attempting to unlawfully extract over 26 million euros for the construction of the eastern stand of the city stadium in Podgorica. Vlahović claims the documents are illegal and that there is manipulation and institutional fraud related to the project. Mayor Mujović refuses to take responsibility, and FSCG redirected the documentation to JP Sportski objekti d.o.o., which Vlahović considers a legally unfounded maneuver. He calls on the relevant institutions to react and protect the legality of the project.
