Vučić on Blockade Violence: Dangerous Losers Want Power Through the Streets

Aleksandar Vučić, the President of Serbia, is not holding back as he describes the violent blockades that surrounded the home of Novi Sad’s mayor, Miloš Vučević, last night. He calls the protesters “dangerous losers” who will stop at nothing to seize power — through the streets, violence, and threats. While the prosecution remains silent and pretends nothing is happening, these blockades disrupt peace, freedom of movement, and the right to work for ordinary people. Vučić is shocked that some even boast about harassing children and attacking private homes, all in the name of a political fight without programs or ideas. He reminds that Mayor Mićin has been in office for only a month, yet the blockaders threaten his family, including two young daughters. “They don’t care about truth or institutions, only power at any cost,” Vučić says. This situation shows how dangerous it is when political immaturity and street pressure try to replace democratic legitimacy. Vučić calls on the prosecution to finally act and stop the violent troublemakers who threaten the state order and citizens’ safety. The people are tired of street politics, violence, and noise, and choose stability and peace. If the prosecution stays silent, it becomes complicit in undermining the legal order. Vučić makes it clear: “Losers shout, Vučić works!” If you think this sounds like a soap opera, maybe drop a comment or share your wildest protest story — because this drama is far from over.
