Where’s the problem? Seven locations under scrutiny by experts from the Public Health Institute in Kragujevac are: Ždraljica, Košutnjak, Beloševac, Kapovac, Petrovac, Bukurovac, and Grujina fountain. Out of eleven tested samples, only four passed safety tests – Šumarice, Divostin, Teferič, and Bubanj.

What does this mean for citizens? Experts advise not to use water from these seven fountains for drinking until sanitation measures are taken. Sounds like the water from these places is a ticking stomach bomb! Imagine drinking water that could cause diseases – no wonder people are wondering what’s going on with public fountains.
