Strahinja Savić and Lazar Ilić were arrested in Budva for planning the murder of Marko Ljubiša, known as Kan. The arrest has caused concern among members of the organized crime group “Vračarci,” as the suspects were found with phones containing the Sky app. As a result, threats were made against Strahinja’s sister, and Ilić has been separated from members of the Kavač and Škaljari clans in prison for his protection. Savić voluntarily gave the police access to an encrypted phone, which confirmed his statements.
