Fiat Panda and Fiat 500 are being withdrawn from the Serbian market due to issues when driving in reverse and the risk of injuries, announced the Ministry of Internal and Foreign Trade. On some vehicles, the rear lights, reverse camera, and rear parking sensors do not function, which can cause errors on the dashboard. Lidija Piroškin, a journalist, points out that recalls are common in the automotive industry and that problems are resolved for free at service centers. Fiat manufactures electric and hybrid versions of the Grande Panda model in Kragujevac.
