The Minister of Health of Serbia, Zlatibor Lončar, signed a proposal for the protocol and amendments to the regulation concerning the calculation of salaries for healthcare employees, which will increase the salary base by 5% starting from October 2025. The protocol is the result of an agreement with unions to improve the financial position of employees in healthcare institutions. The joint goal is to enhance the working conditions of both medical and non-medical staff. An agreement was reached on changing the coefficients for salary calculation, and it is planned.
