Mila Mišić tragically perished in a fire at the “Ivanović” Home for the Elderly and Adults near Barajevo on January 20th, where eight people died and seven were seriously injured. Mila, the youngest of the victims, was ill and relied on the help of friends. Her friends remember her smile and believe she is now in a better place. The Higher Public Prosecutor’s Office in Belgrade has launched an investigation against three responsible persons of the home due to suspicions that they did not comply with regulations, which led to the incident.
