Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia is not changing its goal of destroying Ukraine’s energy sector, adapting its strikes to the capabilities of Ukrainian defense. He thanked the air defense forces, mobile firefighting groups, electronic warfare forces, and developers. Zelensky emphasized the need for the rapid development of electronic warfare resources and highlighted the importance of supplying Ukrainian air defense, as well as strengthening defense through increased domestic production and obtaining licenses from partners.
